Micor Tooling has acquired HDS Group in Germany. This means that Micor Tooling strengthens its position as one of the leading manufactures of circular sawblades. HDS is a well-run company and a manufacture of sawblades and sawmill knives. HDS has 64 employees and the headquarters is situated in Remschied just outside Düsseldorf.
